Ha ha, I am not part of the management team here. In fact, I am an investor like many on this board. Everyone of my posts is my personal view and my personal assumptions. When I reference what the company or a press release stated, I clearly note that, and usually, I provide the link.
Regarding the current delay with WV, I actually noted I thought it would take longer than the timeline provided at that time. And I will say it again now, delays happen that can be out of the control of any company. I deal with it everyday in my real job, when delays occur I find solutions to try to minimize them as much as possible. When lawyers are involved, though, toss any schedule out the window.
Saying that, just because delays happen doesn't mean it is not going to happen. It just means we have a delay to an issue being worked, though. I know the stock price is down not only due to the delay in WV but because of the one note converting. The current pressure should reside when the note is absorbed. I see it everyday when I look at my portfolio. But I truly believe this is temporary and hopefully April/May we are all singing happy songs by the campfire.
BTW, my money is put where my mouth is. I'm here because I believe in direction of company. I have paid for every share I own.

In the real world, delays happen especially with the multi-million dollar deals being discussed now. I believe we are getting closer every day to getting more non dilutive funding for the WV project and updates on the Green Bond. Those items are a huge task and almost unheard of in the OTC. They take time and sometimes delays happen, but I think we are very close.
