According to the BCA, the Cotropia's and Chandra have 1-year contracts with BGEN and Harry and his wife have the same with VIRO, if the BCA is still effective, and with Harry in control of ENZC, I assume it is....in their minds anyway...b/c they traded their Preferred A's for 20% off the top of the 45 million shares of SAGA ( should have been ALL of insiders' Preferred stock, IMO, or they share the 45 million with all common shareholders proportionately) and that caused the change of control of ENZC from Cotropia's, et al to Harry.
