Sure--just because you say so! Missling has walked out onto the gangplank with his 2-73 "successful" AD trial. He only has $121 million in cash reserves. AVXL doesn't have anything to pull off the shelf as a near-term backup--that is a fact. Maybe you believe the FDA will reach out to AVXL to encourage it to immediately file an NDA for immediate conditional approval? Maybe you believe the current stock price is a typo? Missling desperately needs regulatory approval for 2-73 in AD. AVXL is in a shaky situation, whether you realize it or not.
