Sounds like a financial suicide strategy. Not really Notice how many peaks we have had over the last 9 years. Sell the peaks. Wait and watch it fall and begin buying back in again. If we went to ZERO and I lost everything I have in AVXL today I would still be way way ahead on this stock. I am not playing with the family farm. We are about 80% RealEstate 10% in the market and 10% in fixed rate.
