Sounds like Xeriant is struggling to establish legitimacy to its 3rd-time-filed Complaint.
But of course. Never a doubt Xeriant's Complaint is garbage. Fluff lawsuit in attempt to appear legitimate to its shareholders, creditors, and the SEC.
