Yes no for there never will truly be.......a definite certified thing to go by....
For there always will be at least a measure of doubt.......No matter who or what you are.
The mkts are capricious and can flip on a dime......
Meaning that virtually ANY minute can be "influentential.

Thing's just wedging around underneath this Resistance......THREATENING to carry on parabolically......
And/or threatening to plunge on down to 50,000-ish
The Poke-Above Resistance is a POSITIVE sign.....(it has demonstrated that it CAN go above.
Mind you, Headfakes are traditionally the name of Wall Streets' game (overboughts and oversolds)
