Oh, please... company has done what they had to do to keep lights on with minimal dilution over the last 3 years which the company has talking a concept to a proven business model. So much so, the state of WV signed a big contract with us.
BTW... WV will be non dilutive, and so is our green bond. When they hit soon, everything changes.
