And clearly this lawsuit will drag on forever, so i could care less. 500M is never gonna happen. They'll be lucky to get anything. Nexboard needs to happen and happen when they say, no more delays or extra testing to string this out even longer. Can't wait to hear what they say at the end of March as this is when we were told testing would be completed.

The shares of XTIA may be tanking, but the patent to the TriFan 600 may still have substantial value -- and that's may really be what the lawsuit is all about. If XERI wins the lawsuit and XTIA can't pony up the $500 million, XERI could end up owning 100% of the TriFan IP.
