Sorry my interpretation of the second PR, I thought it was saying a new name.

From second PR (I updated my post a few seconds after posting, maybe you've seen the first version!!):

Contact information will include: new address, telephone number, & fax number.

So in fact if we change adress and have new business going on, it would be stupid to keep the same name.

I wish he announces a name change, new ticker symbol, new business... This would drive this thing crazy. And in my dream world, he would also PR this before the bell tomorrow morning, it would be one of these day where it was worth waking up in the morning...
