doa. do you really think lebby can't talk circles around the failure to make a deal--60 days from now or 300? or triple
that?
he knows his subject inside out, he is very articulate, and he is significantly motivated to keep the company looking/sounding
like something big could happen anytime.
as ceo he has managed to keep all the balls in the air for 7 years--why not 7 more?
the certainty about commercial success that some posters claim is nothing more than magical thinking. backed up
by ridicule, insult, and every form of acrimony in the defensive handbook.
outside of conferences, lebby has not been spotted in the company of a single high-ranking executive of a potential
client. if he was in 'deep' negotiations with his aunt trudie, someone would've seen and reported it.

My take on the ASMs to date is that they’ve been a jizz fest for the Lebby/Perk fan base. Sort of like a Star Wars convention. Lebby provides no information of substance, but tosses out just enough teasers to tamp down any possible dissent. Throw in a “lab tour” and a “device demonstration” and Proto, Sparty, X et al. become a bunch of boy band groupies, wetting their knickers at the very sight of Lebby in his black turtleneck. I fully expect this ASM will pass without answers to hard questions; and the groupies will emerge “more excited and certain than ever.”

It’s hard to admit when you’ve made a bad decision. The adults accept it; the less secure individuals double down and attack anyone who challenges their narrative - not with facts, of course, but with vitriol. The latter group is on full display on this board every day.
