Look again. defendants were asking to complete pleadings on July 12, but Judge ordered June 14.

So now you are talking about the back and forth between the lawyers (not the Court). When people negotiate they do not start with what they want else they only get bargained down under.

In that discussion NWBO's team tossed out May 3 for MTD+response+reply while defendants tossed out July 12. None of that was requested of the Court though. What was requested by the defendants was the May 1 for MTD. What was requested by NWBO was April 4 for MTD. Judge said May 1.

It is funny how Hoffman was stating last Jan as an expert how thing would move along quickly as was a federal court and it would be in discovery "soon". And here we are with no chance in hell of discovery starting this year.
