A huge chunk of the float is in solid hands in the E.U.

This means that the conventional algos will fail unless they take this variable into account. Even if they attempt to factor this in it is such a rare variable that their algos can not factor in the number of investors like myself that will hold in the face of egregious manipulation because they understand this variable.

Wash trading is just smoke and mirrors.
