Gary Lease versus purchase and which way the incentives flow. Will give me something to think about too. Oddly, or not, I'm thinking how I can philantropise some of the appreciation ($) in green energy silicon by planting more trees somewhere they're needed or donating to youth groups who are willing and able to make CR boxes (air cleaners needed in many of the countries schools) which are very effective and easy to make!
We'll see. The tea leaves do favor a winner here. Time will tell.
