I think the implication is that oncovir (which belongs to a BP with deep pockets) works against cancer a little bit , but when used with DCVax, is kick-ass.

Talking about the last sentence, I believe that means NWBO is either going to purchase Oncovir or merge with them.... would a merger solve our problems with naked short shares...???😎
