Every new financial statement sheds more light. Look at the entry on pg. 4:
10 million shares issued to ESC on 8/12/23 to "settle debt"
But wait, Hartman said absolutely no toxic funding.
When do you think folks will figure out this ticker is nothing but a convertible note, it's all spelled out in black and white on pgs. 4-5.
