First & Foremost, Of course I'm not an investor in ANY PInk stock. I'm a trader of PInks.
And while I don't give credence to Forward Looking Statements in a Pink PR, I would say that when they tell us that " Carl Eller has spent the past two years as a consultant to Halberd " I tend to take it as a Fact. (I know, I'm going out on a limb with that one. lol)
If you need me to track down the exact number of shares he was paid, I can do that when I have more time, but I'm sure you remember it, from when you were reviewing the 10-K from 2021/22(?)
