Oh my. No wonder why pumpers don't want to discuss it. Minera Radiante, one of the the company old Frankie allegedly screwed over also says the same thing. Wait until peeps figure out the company isn't even worth $700 let alone the $7B market cap.

From that link it looks like Frank stated to Nathan that when Nathans ex-wife returns the shares that she extorted from Nathan they can discuss the final payment. Nathan ignores the request.

If Nathan wants to take Frank to court he will have to explain the extorted shares. The extorted shares that were not returned is what cancelled the deal.
