It doesn't appear to me that Nathan "ignores" the request. His last text is

I have no shares to return. You have already received every share in the sale of the company that was according to the sales ccontract [sic] and as of now you are in breach of contract.

I am not aware that the contract between them has been made public. And I certainly acknowledge that Nathan's credibility is south of zero. But so is FrankO's after all his tall tales of the past three years.

IMO, probably neither one of them could afford a lawyer even if IF either one of them has cause, which is doubtful. And even if they could afford a lawyer, no reputable attorney would take the case because even if his/her client won, what would they be able to collect?
