Have you seen a form 4 that are for tax obligations? Ive seen plenty....they are for the most part automated sells to cover tax obligations on RSUs. He also didn't file this on time within 3 days of the transaction. That is a violation. And another conflict of interest that happens all too often in this company. And you would voluntarily leave cenkos just like nwbo choose to leave and go to the OTC?
