There are BIG deals under negotiation, and investors now know that these are BIG DEALS because of the additional requirements disclosed of the potential Customers wanted to be assured of
a) Financial strength for a LT relationship
b) ability to not have only a single source for the Perk supply, ie, perhaps another site will be opened by LWLG or perhaps some other arrangements will be made to accommodate these big players!!

You must not have read my post below which the above excerpt details these mega-Tier 1's additional needs, here's that post again for you

Reliability/Stability is PROVEN 100% already!!

1) Lebby already stood up at OFC March 2023 and told hundreds of Industry insiders that LWLG's Reliability/Stability had been proven!! And at ECOC 2023 Lebby presented UNDENIABLE proof in his presentation!! Of course, that doesn't mean the Google's and Amazon's don't want to see additional data, OR, are they just playing that card to gain BETTER PRICING?

2) Foundries Volume Scaling Achieved!! Lebby said "BIG MILESTONE!!"
