Exactly flipper44. The latest submitted document was a request by judge and nothing more. Judge now have all necessary information to make a decision.

Aside from that nonissue, Laura Posner pointed out there are only 17 pages difference in the second amended complaint and all of that is specifically restricted to the loss causation section, and most of it has already been litigated.

I guess L Posner see no reason for the defense to have to look at the 8 new exhibits with over 100 pages total that were not in the FAC.
