Tencent Holdings (TCEHY) another China company also trades on OTC. It has AS 50 billions and OS about 9.6 billions. Current PPS is $37 and MC about $350 billions.

They forget or don't understand this: AS doesn't always equal the OS. In fact the OS remains well below the AS in the majority of cases.

I would imagine it will used for the intended purpose of a novel reward incentive for their customers as the videos have stated. I would guess it would be over a very long period of time as the company grows exponentially.

They didn't say anything about selling 2 billion shares, they just asked for the authorized shares to be 2 billion in the new share structure, it's currently 4.65 billion.
