Unfortunately for management, the "all talk, no results" approach is coming back to haunt them.

We can already see the steady downward drift of the share price as talk has gone from "closing multiple deals before year's end" to "maybe they'll announce those deals in January" to "maybe they'll announce those deals in February" to "maybe they'll announce those deals in March" to ""maybe they'll announce those deals at OFC or PIC."

Now, as it is becoming increasingly clear that Lebby and the management team have nothing up their sleeves for OFC or PIC, talk has shifted to "maybe they'll announce those deals at ASM."

Apparently, that wasn't enough of a moving of the goalposts, so talk has now shifted to "we'll get a device demo at ASM" - as if that somehow makes up for the lack of customers, lack of deals, lack of revenue, and lack of progress on commercialization.

It's time for shareholders to ask some hard questions about why management is unable to successfully commercialize. Shareholders should also be prepared to vote "no" on any compensation packages for management, to send an unmistakable message that results are the only thing that matters - not cheap talk about being "energized" and "excited".
