it's a 2 page paper scan. first page has the proposed Stipulated Order of Dismissal.

basically says each side agrees to settle, pay their own costs & fees, and Court retains jurisdiction over the matter until it's concluded.

second page has signatures from both side's lawyers.

no info on the amount, whether it includes any licensing, etc.

but it is settled (absent the Judge's approval, which seems about 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999999% likely imo).
