NOTBOB - The corruption is not tied to party affiliation, or politics. It's just straight up corruption. There was a time until recently, where every time an indictment was handed down, bonds were issued against them. The value of each bond would be $1 million. You see, when people are housed in prison, we know the length of time, and the cost of housing that inmate. Elites were making money investing in private prisons, and by cashing in the bonds, while the tax payer was stuck with the bill.
