It costs a lot of money to start a project, (As Mark), especially If the tank is going to be empty in 30 years.

The mine is estimated to contain 3,512t of scandium

If I'm not mistaken that is 3,512,000 kg over 30 years?? or am I out a tonne?

I would like to see Rio Tinto's Numbers, on the minerals present and feasible.
