It costs a lot of money to start a project, (As Mark), especially If the tank is going to be empty in 30 years.

Platina,
Owendale Scandium Project
Stage 1, 20t / year and stage 2, 40t per year production.
The mine is estimated to contain 3,512t of scandium

If I'm not mistaken that is 3,512,000 kg over 30 years?? or am I out a tonne?

I would like to see Rio Tinto's Numbers, on the minerals present and feasible.
