Though it was obvious what you meant, Margin was very wrong about LP not selling her own shares.

In this form 4 from 12/18 LP reported selling 3,558,639 shares and 1,779,320 warrants.

Longs will try to spin this as some forced sale by Tocuan, but those were a smaller amount reported on a different line that she reported at the same time. The codes D/I in "Ownership Form" columns makes clear.

There were also other sales back in the 2015 timeframe where Cognate (fully under LP control) was bartering NWBO shares .

Of course. Disciples here would have us believe that, despite legacy retails shareholders having lost 99+% of their hard earned money, LP "hasn't sold" so is somehow meaningful even with management's true-up and private revenue from CDMO's. Absurd.

Thanks for clarifying. I knew what you meant but others may not have. You were making it sound like LP (the largest shareholder) is selling her personal shares and affecting the PPS which is untrue.

You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. It's pre-revenue. They are in the last part of the marathon for approval of a drug with amazing results, in the UK. Prior to approval for marketing, the drug regulator is allowing them to manufacture and sell the drug to citizens in their country, which is something you JUST DO NOT SEE... I've never seen it, as a general rule, in the way it is being done in this situation.

And no, it's not the CEO/CFO, it's the COMPANY. It's not SHE, it's common sense and a basic business requirement for where they are at this Tim. If you don't understand that, you have no business investing in any stock on any market. And you certainly shouldn't be claiming you understand anything about microcap biotechs, no matter how much time you claim you've been posting on bulletin boards. Sounds like you just trade based on putting out nasty information and fake news and manipulating retail.
