Patherj, didn't you repeating tell us over many years, that one of the disputes Adelstein had with Walther was that Walter was using the money to buy used equipment instead of new?
Based on your post it appears Walther did not borrow the money from Adelstein for personal use the money borrowed was for the company use.
So what is the issued if Walther has never paid any of his debts with his own money, since the debt was not a personal debt but it was the companies debt the company paid it.
