Huh? I’m not sure if you are arguing anything. I said they would file for an extension for their annual and most likely for their next quarterly. They did this last two quarterlys and I think there were no longer emerging growth. Whether that was or was not true though, they’ll file the extension.
The question is then, will they actually file on time after the extension or let it go to expert again. That’s what damaged the company (on a more recent time scale) imo.
