He's previously stated the specific use of his personal blog to lie/misdirect the public about the technical accounting details of an FHLB-style "bailout" here will ultimately land Howard with a punitive fee from the DOJ.

If there is anything they are playing along with, I suspect what he means is an eventual intervention from the DOJ in the current lawsuit i.e. administration will not be doing it. No one that I know of has seen evidence of a DOJ case in the works but I have a hard time believing he'd make up hearsay about it. Not sure what to believe.
