Very interesting. Thanks for posting the link to the Harvard Law School study.Whether the accusations and evidence stated in the class action suit against Anavex are sufficient to win a judgment remains to be seen but based on my reading of the Harvard study it is my opinion that the accusations and evidence are specific and damning. Still, the majority of cases like this are dismissed.
