It is time those rat bastards get what they deserve.
Spoofing, naked shorting and other forms of manipulation aimed at NWBO for a decade or more who are working on a industry disruptive treatment for cancer patients.
It is very encourage to hear that the will be scrutinizing what has been going in on IHUB
We can only hope they lock up some of these posters posting lies and FUD for money
. . . we'll see they have been always been able to slip through the cracks in the past
We still see this deluge of paid FUD postings on ihub going on too so they don't seem to have any fear.
Citadel and other market makers have unbelievably huge amounts of money so you never know who is in their pocket.
If NWBO gets a fair shake this suit is looking more and more like a slam dunk and discovery could shine a spot light on these platen illegal activities,
but when you look at other highly publicized court cases one can see decisions are often not simply following the law but partisan and political.
It is very discouraging that the are jaw droppingly wrong decisions and the judges and defendents often don't seem to care.
These powerful big money thugs just laugh and continue on or pay some minor fine that are fractions of what they made in illegal gains.
I hope things are different these days but I am not yet getting my hopes up . . . we'll see.

My guy they didn’t hire detectives to find out posters’ true identities and bring them to justice.

They hired analysts to prove, using iHub posts, that stock sentiment was up during times of spoofing and as such the stock price should have been moving up instead of down. It gives a correlation and shows evidence that the spoofing was intended to drive the price down and, even if it didn’t cause the stock to drop, it prevented the price from moving up as much as it should have.

They aren’t investigating posters or looking for “paid FUDsters” or anything like that. At least not right now.

This would not be the first time that Ihub has been investigated and fined. Also owners were jailed for running a short racket. This will be the easy part to prove.
