Whether you own up to it or not, you were blaming Missling for bringing this lawsuit on himself.

Anavex communications, expectations and catalyst keeping sucks beyond anything I've ever seen and of course is inviting class action attention. That is not same as merit and settlement, but is unwanted, distracting and costly noise that could have been avoided.

Yet the compound and science is interesting with promissing signals that could lead to an approved drug it the right hands.

I absolutely do own up to my posts. What I posted was that sloppy, confusing, and/or otherwise inadequate/deficient shareholder communications can lead to lawsuits. That is 100% fact.
