Unfortunately, these firms have several opportunities to amend their complaint, to "serve justice"

New law firms with a plaintiff can join the case before the 60 days lead plaintiff deadline trough a motions for lead plaintiff that includes alleged wrong doings perhaps with better detail.

Then only if a lead plaintiff motion is granted will the winning law firm (and potential joint law firm/plaintiff) be invited to file an amended and consolidated complaint that draws from everything then learned. Such a consolidated and amended complaint will the one to carefully study for merit. If Discovery is granted through court order there will be time allotted to request and review material from and related to defendants actions.
