lawsuit and settlement is a much bigger catalyst than the approval, imo. Settlement could come within a month as the Judge has noting else to review except this loss formulae being submitted today. And his decision to kick start the hearing could come in a week whereas while the recommendation to approval comes next week, the real approval could come the earliest by April.
