Regarding the lawsuits, I my experience as a financial compliance manager, I can almost guarantee they all go nowhere thanks to the "forward looking disclaimer" on every corporate communication.

I'm glad that the settlement on trades will be changed to just 1 day on May 28th....hopefully, some day it will be immediate & put the mm's on notice about running a clean book and avoiding Reg Sho violations...ha ha

And on this second topic, I'm also more than ready to see some rules, regulations, and disclosure changes and additions to put the hurt on MM's and other entities taking advantage of lax RegSho and ex-broker settlement rules.
