You need to watch some YouTube videos.

Options are rewarded to board members and other in exchange for their service, they have an expiration date so that if not exercised they lose the shares they were rewarded. Typically, executives exercise a warrant and sell enough to cover the taxes.

I'm not sure what options being exercised you guys are referring to.

If it were options related, it should happen at the close, not the open.
