Many OTC scams are coming from Israel.

I helped put one to sleep and it is on the Expert Market now. It was actually very sophisticated scam and it caught many novice investors.

It was so bad that the SEC clawed back enough money to create a Fair Fund to reimburse some shareholders.

Just because Sharp is in contact with a company in Israel doesn't mean anything. It would be another scam.

Don't be so naive and gullible about the Sharp scams.
