isMedia Co Ltd , from whom Core Optics did purchased their product line last year , promotional video about isMedia and what they do . Of coarse it is now going to officially part of the Coretec Group , CRTG , who merged with Core Optics . Looking for the close of that deal . Matt Kappers said in the call thursday that they now just had to do some due diligence with the SEC to finalize and close on that merger agreement.

Looking at their annual income statement, sales growth dropped significantly in 2020 and picked up again in 2021, most likely due to the pandemic.
