I think we're 6 months or so from knowing what we really have. Once all the dust settles and we get a complete quarterly report we should get a feel for where the company's going. If this actually completes in March, the second quarter would be under the newly merged company, that could say a lot. Otherwise it will be the third quarter that's telling.

If they manage to uplist without a massive reverse split we'll have done very well. I suspect for that to happen our battery technology may also need to be adopted by one or more car makers and the companies supplying them with their batteries.

I get what you’re saying following your research down the CRTG rabbit hole, but it’s not lining up with what I understood in the shareholder’s call today. They did state they had a few more items to cover before the deal is final. We may not have the answers until then. Appreciate all who take the time to research and provide DD.

I see panic and I don’t think it's justified. Maybe I'm reading the mood wrong but I think this sell off is because of unmanaged expectations. People were expecting X and they didn't get it. When I was active duty we'd deploy for "90 days" and guys would say 4 days and a wake-up and I'm outa here! 4 days and another cold MRE for breakfast and no relief in sight. They'd get bad attitudes and cuss out the desk polks. Didn't help and made everyone else edgy. No one lied or broke any promises here. We got some unexpected news but in my opinion not unwelcome. Question to ask is "What are my long term expectations?" If none then find your break even price and punch. If it's to see this company mature into a market mover then hold what you got or buy more and wait. We don't know what we don't know but the foundation of our original interest has not changed.
