Compare the claims and "announcements" to what actually gets done. Look at a balance sheet, a cash flow statement, and an income statement. Always late filing. The only reason for a need to uplist was getting busted down to the kiddie table. There is always a golden apple just around the corner that a large majority of the time never comes to fruition. How many carrots have been dangled by this company and what has actually gotten done? There is always so much to get excited about without ever being followed through. I don't know if this is a scam or not, but the track record here is abysmal. If you define a scam by people throwing their money away in a constant flurry of overpromising and underdelivering, then yes, I would call this a scam.
