I am watching these two real estate 3x ETF pairs, in anticipation of coming turmoil.

DRN/DRV is biased towards residential.

URE/SRS is biased towards commercial.

However, these two pairs have been tracking very closely together, so a distinction without an apparent difference... for now. Could change. GLTY
