GVSI has absolutely nothing to offer another company for acquisition - they are a empty shell - it is going to be another year before Sharp files a Form 10.

Sharp still hasn't filed a 15c for GVSI - there isn't any real private companies that would touch GVSI to go public because GVSI doesn't report to the SEC.

Sharp found a public company to acquire by FORW and after reading the financials for 5 minutes I posted to everyone that Maverick was another OTC scam - and I was proven to be accurate.

Surf, exposed Ligand as another scam that Sharp tried to dupe shareholders that Ligand was a real company - he made 3 posts saying the Nigerian Doctor's resuscitator was going to be fast tracked as a Medical Device during COVID and the FDA never approved it.

Those buying GVSI - "a fool and his money are soon parted."

You are so lost about trading on the OTC. You seem to ignore the facts about GVSI - in the past 52 weeks the price is down 77%.

"$GVSI up 22% today on massive volume. Some of George's other deal stocks like $SRNW may also get some attention soon."

GVSI is a Zombie ticker - Sharp filed a Corporate Action for a name and symbol change for GVSI and it still hasn't been processed after 7 months.

Why doesn't Sharp put all of his effort into a merger with SRNW - instead of wasting time on GVSI?
