LMFAO.... would love to depose Zimbler, Krome, Tucker et als and get a look in discovery at all their emails. We know many people who have delt with and have been pitched by this co. Krome for one is to have zero affiliation with penny stock solicitation, he violated that order long ago. Open that can of worms.....it is welcomed.
BTW....FACT is not libel or slander: In the United States, defamation is a false statement purporting to be fact. Libel would be a defamatory statement that is written rather than spoken.
