Or give them to me. A couple of facts and a thought. Audited financials are very expensive and market makers and daytraders keep a pink stock price extremely volatile. Stock price does affect the cost of raising capital to finance operations, and growth. Not an issue anymore the stock cannot be traded. What if Klug makes the company profitable, retires all debt, and then takes the company private. All shareholders would be compensated.
