Pioneer, your AC at your house is single phase and requires that starting capacitor and possibly a run capacitor.
The HES is 3 phase as demonstrated. The 3 phase HVAC systems do not use nor require that capacitor(s) because (simply stated) it has the 3rd phase for motor rotation. Switching any 2 of the 3 lines in 3 phase reverses rotation. Typical 3 phase HVAC systems generally dont require those start or run caps, this is what makes them so reliable. The centrifugal switch inside the motor that removes the starting cap from a running motor after rotation, doesn’t exist and therefore can’t fail.
We should be heading to UL, which may be a turning point for all mankind in the world of energy generation. It’s imperative to get that certification label. Everything else is just noise, in my opinion.
