That doesn’t change the fact that there are small biotech companies whose market caps beaten down by unscrupulous players, and then those small biotech companies are bought for cheap.

Can you provide an example? I am pretty sure you can't find one.


Before any successfully listed non revenue biotech has been acquired the price is being driven UP not down. Other examples are Kite Pharma and Juno Pharmaceuticals their SP's /market cap was driven up before being acquired not down.
