Of course they have to get rid of that Twitter account. It has the resignation of the executives that did wrong on the previous merger speculations. Now, not proof of merger with Mexico is happening: ALL speculations again… not a PR from the CEO that deal is really going on now… All pump and dump and blah blah in social media. The Mexican company site and locals are saying NADA about such… If this is the DD you got, poof!!! I am sorry mate but your odds are better at higher indexes.
