They got rid of their Twitter and facebook pages on the 29th of Feb...their new communication vehicles should be updated soon, as well as more filings.
The last sign of this 'atm business' was October 29th 2021 with an addition of 90m shares to the OS.... based on history, we can infer there is STILL no dilution in 2-3 years.

However, there is a nice merger on the table... you know, the thing that makes OTC stocks go from trips to pennies and makes millionaires if you play it right?
